本发明公开了一种集成式制动系统及踏板感模拟器开关阀泄漏检测方法,系统包括制动液供应与主缸回路,制动液供应与主缸回路包括储液罐;储液罐与主缸的进液口相连接,且储液罐与主缸之间未设置有诊断阀;方法包括控制主缸隔离阀、主动建压机构隔离阀为下电状态,控制主动建压机构为静默状态;踩下踏板推杆进行建压;基于踏板位移传感器读数、主缸压力传感器读数以及主缸直径计算踏板感模拟器开关阀泄漏量。本发明通过去除诊断阀,有效降低了系统物料与制造成本,同时利用精密算法完全复现了原有诊断阀的功能、确保了系统安全性,又显著减少了因额外阀体和接口带来的潜在故障点,简化了系统结构,提高了可靠性。

The invention discloses an integrated braking system and a pedal feel simulator switch valve leakage detection method, wherein the system comprises a brake fluid supply and master cylinder loop, and the brake fluid supply and master cylinder loop comprises a liquid storage tank; the method comprises the steps of controlling a master cylinder isolation valve and an active pressure building mechanism isolation valve to be in a power-down state, controlling the active pressure building mechanism to be in a silent state, stepping down a pedal push rod to build pressure, and calculating the leakage amount of a pedal feel simulator switch valve based on pedal displacement sensor readings, master cylinder pressure sensor readings and master cylinder diameter. The invention effectively reduces the material and manufacturing cost of the system by removing the diagnostic valve, simultaneously completely reproduces the functions of the original diagnostic valve by utilizing a precise algorithm, ensures the safety of the system, obviously reduces potential fault points caused by additional valve bodies and interfaces, simplifies the structure of the system and improves the reliability.
