本申请提供一种智能驾驶场景的EMB系统接管控制方法、EMB系统和车辆,涉及汽车制动技术领域,该方法确保了只有在通信正常、无故障且双方协同就绪的情况下,主控单元才响应制动请求,提升了系统启动的安全性;同时,在主控单元发生故障时,辅控单元并非立即被动接管,而是通过多周期持续校验主控的EMC状态,有效避免了因瞬时通信抖动或信号干扰导致的误判和误接管,显著增强了系统决策的可靠性与稳定性。最终,在主控失效时由辅控及时、准确地接管制动功能,保障了车辆在智能驾驶模式下的持续制动能力,满足高等级自动驾驶对功能安全的严苛要求。因此本申请实现了智能驾驶场景下EMB系统从正常运行到冗余接管的有序过渡。

The application provides an EMB system taking over control method, an EMB system and a vehicle of an intelligent driving scene, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking, wherein the method ensures that a main control unit responds to a braking request only under the conditions that communication is normal, no fault exists and both parties are in cooperative readiness, so that the safety of system starting is improved; meanwhile, when the main control unit fails, the auxiliary control unit does not take over passively immediately, but continuously checks the EMC state of the main control through multiple periods, so that misjudgment and misconnection caused by instant communication jitter or signal interference are effectively avoided, and the reliability and stability of system decision are obviously enhanced. Finally, the auxiliary control timely and accurately takes over the braking function when the main control fails, so that the continuous braking capability of the vehicle in an intelligent driving mode is ensured, and the severe requirement of high-grade automatic driving on functional safety is met. Therefore, the application realizes the orderly transition from normal operation to redundant takeover of the EMB system in the intelligent driving scene.
