本发明公开了一种线控制动的踏板模拟器装置,涉及踏板制动领域,包括外机壳与制动柄,制动柄的下端连接有伴随踩踏行程增加逐渐提高阻尼力的力滞组件,力滞组件包括外罩与弹簧座,弹簧座的内腔中安装有上弹簧柱,弹簧座上端固定连接有连接部,连接部铰接在制动柄上,弹簧座的下端设置有上力滞块与下力滞块,上力滞块与下力滞块与外罩的内腔侧壁之间滑动连接,本发明通过楔形力滞结构,精准模拟了传统制动系统的脚感,为驾驶员提供了熟悉且可靠的踏板反馈,同时结构紧凑,具有极强的互换性与适配性,能直接替换传统真空助力器,有效降低了整车布置难度与制造成本,实现了性能、安全与经济效益的统一。

The invention discloses a brake-by-wire pedal simulator device, which relates to the field of pedal braking and comprises an outer shell and a brake handle, wherein the lower end of the brake handle is connected with a force hysteresis component which gradually improves damping force along with the increase of a stepping stroke, the force hysteresis component comprises an outer cover and a spring seat, an upper spring column is arranged in an inner cavity of the spring seat, the upper end of the spring seat is fixedly connected with a connecting part, the connecting part is hinged on the brake handle, the lower end of the spring seat is provided with an upper force hysteresis block and a lower force hysteresis block, and the upper force hysteresis block and the lower force hysteresis block are in sliding connection with the inner cavity side wall of the outer cover.
