本发明提供了一种电子机械制动系统扭矩控制方法、系统、电子设备及介质,属于电子机械制动技术领域,该方法包括:获取电子机械制动系统的实时传感数据;基于实时传感数据进行频域扰动建模,得到齿轮侧隙的动力学模型;基于齿轮侧隙的动力学模型进行前馈补偿与闭环优化,得到优化后的控制指令;基于优化后的控制指令进行扭矩输出与能量回收。本发明通过前馈补偿、机械解耦与能量回收的跨域协同,实现电子机械制动系统EMB电机过零反向冲击的主动抑制及能量高效利用。

The invention provides a torque control method, a system, electronic equipment and a medium of an electronic mechanical braking system, belonging to the technical field of electronic mechanical braking; the method comprises the steps of carrying out frequency domain disturbance modeling based on real-time sensing data to obtain a dynamic model of gear backlash, carrying out feedforward compensation and closed-loop optimization based on the dynamic model of the gear backlash to obtain an optimized control instruction, and carrying out torque output and energy recovery based on the optimized control instruction. The invention realizes the active suppression and the energy efficient utilization of the EMB motor zero-crossing reverse impact of the electromechanical braking system through the cross-domain cooperation of feedforward compensation, mechanical decoupling and energy recovery.
