The application provides a vehicle braking control method, a device, a vehicle and a medium, wherein the method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle driving information, wherein the vehicle driving information at least comprises vehicle information and a driving road, calculating a target SOC value required by a target downhill road section based on the vehicle information when the target downhill road section is identified in the driving road, and distributing and controlling target braking of the vehicle based on the target SOC value, wherein the target braking at least comprises one of motor braking, exhaust braking and mechanical braking. Thus, the risk problem of brake failure in the prior art can be solved.
