本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,具体地指一种重型商用车能量回收控制系统、方法、设备及存储介质。通过采集当前车辆行驶数据;在满足辅助制动启动条件时开启辅助制动;识别当前车辆行驶路面的坡度并基于坡度判断是上坡路、平路或者下坡路;在辅助制动开启且当前路面为平路时基于整车质量进行滑行能量回收、在辅助制动开启且当前路面为下坡路时基于整车质量和行驶阻力进行稳速滑行能量回收。本申请能够对重型商用车的能量回收进行自动化控制,能够在平路滑行和下坡滑行过程中,自适应对能量回收进行控制,有效减少重载车辆的制动次数,减少制动器发热造成的一系列驾驶安全隐患。

The method comprises the steps of collecting current vehicle running data, starting auxiliary braking when an auxiliary braking starting condition is met, identifying the gradient of a current vehicle running road surface and judging whether the current vehicle running road surface is an ascending road, a flat road or a descending road based on the gradient, recovering sliding energy based on the mass of the whole vehicle when the auxiliary braking is started and the current road surface is the flat road, and recovering the stable-speed sliding energy based on the mass of the whole vehicle and running resistance when the auxiliary braking is started and the current road surface is the descending road. The application can automatically control the energy recovery of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle, can adaptively control the energy recovery in the flat road sliding and downhill sliding processes, effectively reduces the braking times of the heavy-duty vehicle, and reduces a series of driving safety hazards caused by the heating of a brake.
