Abstract

一种电子机械制动系统及其控制策略,包括制动信号获取单元、夹紧力获取单元、电子控制模块和电子机械制动执行模块;当电子机械制动系统获取第一和第二制动信号时分别工作在建压阶段和跟随阶段,当未获取制动信号时工作在消除阶段。其中,在建压阶段时制动钳与制动盘贴合,在跟随阶段时通过制动钳向制动盘施加用于车辆制动的制动夹紧力,在消除阶段时将制动钳与制动盘分离。由于在一预设的制动踏板行程深度范围内设置电子机械制动系统工作在建压阶段,优先对制动间隙进行消除;一种基于软件检测的制动间隙磨损自调节策略,能够识别制动钳与制动盘之间的制动间隙变化并补偿,进而能够使得电子机械制动系统的制动响应更快、更可靠和更安全。

An electronic mechanical brake system and a control strategy thereof comprise a brake signal acquisition unit, a clamping force acquisition unit, an electronic control module and an electronic mechanical brake execution module, wherein the electronic mechanical brake system respectively works in a pressure establishment stage and a following stage when acquiring a first brake signal and works in an elimination stage when not acquiring a brake signal. Wherein the brake caliper is attached to the brake disc during the pressing phase, a brake clamping force for vehicle braking is applied to the brake disc by the brake caliper during the following phase, and the brake caliper is detached from the brake disc during the releasing phase. The braking clearance wear self-adjusting strategy based on software detection can identify and compensate the braking clearance change between the brake caliper and the brake disc, so that the braking response of the electromechanical braking system is faster, more reliable and safer.
