本发明公开了一种液压调控装置及应用其的调控单元及线控制动系统,包括液控换向阀和高压蓄能器,液控换向阀包括阀体、限位座和两个阀芯,阀体具有多个连通的空腔,限位座和两个阀芯依次沿轴线设置在阀体的第一空腔内,两个阀芯沿轴线往复滑动且内部均具有沿轴线方向延伸但不完全连通的油路,分别为第一阀芯和第二阀芯,第一阀芯作为其内部油路与对应的油液腔之间连通的开关,第二阀芯与阀体之间形成沿轴向延伸的外部油路,第二阀芯和限位座共同作为第二阀芯的内部油路及外部油路与对应的油液腔连通的开关,高压蓄能器的内部油路通过阀体的第二进液腔与第一空腔连通。本发明解决了现有技术中重载车辆在电机失电工况下制动效能部不足、无法满足应急制动减速度的强制要求的问题。

The invention discloses a hydraulic regulation device and a regulation unit and a line control system using the same, wherein the hydraulic regulation device comprises a hydraulic control reversing valve and a high-pressure energy accumulator, the hydraulic control reversing valve comprises a valve body, a limiting seat and two valve cores, the valve body is provided with a plurality of communicated cavities, the limiting seat and the two valve cores are sequentially arranged in a first cavity of the valve body along an axis, the two valve cores slide back and forth along the axis and are internally provided with oil paths which extend along the axis direction but are not completely communicated, the two valve cores are respectively a first valve core and a second valve core, the first valve core is used as a switch communicated between an internal oil path and a corresponding oil cavity of the first valve core, an external oil path which extends along the axial direction is formed between the second valve core and the valve body, the second valve core and the limiting seat are jointly used as an internal oil path and a switch communicated between the external oil path of the second valve core and the corresponding oil cavity, and the internal oil path of the high-pressure energy accumulator is communicated with the first cavity through a second liquid inlet cavity of the valve body. The invention solves the problems that the braking efficiency of the heavy-duty vehicle is insufficient and the forced requirement of emergency braking deceleration can not be met under the power-off working condition of the motor in the prior art.
