本申请公开EMB执行器夹紧力控制方法、装置、电子设备及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域。该方法包括:获取EMB执行器在运行时的夹紧力需求值和对应的最大制动时长;当该夹紧力需求值和该最大制动时长之间的关系满足预设的降噪模式开启条件时,实时获取EMB执行器在运行时的夹紧力变化率;当该夹紧力变化率满足预设的降噪模式运行条件时,根据该夹紧力需求值和该最大制动时长,确定目标夹紧力曲线;根据该目标夹紧力曲线,对EMB执行器进行控制。本申请降低EMB执行器在非紧急制动场景下产生的噪声。

The application discloses a clamping force control method and device of an EMB actuator, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a clamping force required value and a corresponding maximum braking duration of an EMB actuator in operation, obtaining a clamping force change rate of the EMB actuator in operation in real time when the relation between the clamping force required value and the maximum braking duration meets a preset noise reduction mode starting condition, determining a target clamping force curve according to the clamping force required value and the maximum braking duration when the clamping force change rate meets a preset noise reduction mode operation condition, and controlling the EMB actuator according to the target clamping force curve. The application reduces noise generated by the EMB actuator in a non-emergency braking scene.
