本发明公开了一种自动驾驶车辆的冗余制动控制方法和存储介质,应用于整车控制器。该方法在检测到自动驾驶模块、防撞预警或远程监控触发制动需求时,结合车速与障碍物距离计算目标减速度。通过采集实际加速度、驻车气室气压及电机转矩,估算总制动力并分离出电子驻车制动力,进而推算路面附着系数。在冗余制动模式下,依据目标减速度、附着条件及两系统的能力上限,构建包含减速度偏差与驻车惩罚项的性能指标,联合分配得到目标电机减速度与目标电子驻车减速度。最终,利用含在线修正量的减速度气压映射表,将目标驻车减速度转换为目标气压,通过闭环控制调节气压,实现精准稳定的冗余行车制动。

The invention discloses a redundant braking control method and a storage medium for an automatic driving vehicle, which are applied to a whole vehicle controller. According to the method, when an automatic driving module, anti-collision early warning or remote monitoring triggering braking requirement is detected, a target deceleration is calculated by combining a vehicle speed and an obstacle distance. The total braking force is estimated by collecting the actual acceleration, the air pressure of the parking air chamber and the motor torque, and the electronic parking braking force is separated, so that the road adhesion coefficient is calculated. Under the redundant braking mode, according to the target deceleration, the attachment condition and the upper limit of the capacity of the two systems, constructing performance indexes comprising deceleration deviation and parking penalty items, and jointly distributing to obtain the target motor deceleration and the target electronic parking deceleration. And finally, converting the target parking deceleration into target air pressure by using a deceleration air pressure mapping table containing an online correction amount, and adjusting the air pressure through closed-loop control to realize accurate and stable redundant service braking.
