The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system vehicle stationary braking limitation control method, brake-by-wire system vehicle stationary braking limitation control equipment and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a vehicle state under the condition that the vehicle speed is smaller than a low-speed threshold value, determining a gradient of braking torque change according to the vehicle state, and controlling the vehicle according to the gradient of braking torque change. The invention is used for limiting the excessive braking torque request under the low speed and static state of the vehicle so as to reduce the electric energy consumption of the whole vehicle, and simultaneously limiting the increase and release torque gradient of braking so as to reduce the rotating speed of the linear control motor so as to reduce the braking noise, so that a driver has better NVH experience and the electric energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.
