本发明公开一种车辆电磁机械制动装置,属于车辆制动技术领域。该装置包括制动盘、卡钳钳体、制动总成和电磁活塞总成,卡钳钳体设于制动盘外圈两侧,制动总成包括设于制动盘两侧的第一、第二制动衬片;电磁活塞总成包括同轴设置的第一电磁活塞和第二电磁活塞;第一、第二电磁活塞内部设有线圈绕组,通电后两者之间产生相互吸引或排斥的电磁力。本发明提供的车辆电磁机械制动装置,通过电磁力直接驱动制动衬片接触或脱离制动盘,可在不启动电机减速器组件的情况下完成制动间隙的主动消除或释放,避免了传统滚珠丝杠、齿轮等机械传动部件在高速运行时产生的噪声,显著降低制动过程中的机械噪声,提升响应速度与控制精度。

The invention discloses an electromagnetic mechanical braking device for a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking. The device comprises a brake disc, a caliper body, a brake assembly and an electromagnetic piston assembly, wherein the caliper body is arranged on two sides of an outer ring of the brake disc, the brake assembly comprises a first brake lining and a second brake lining which are arranged on two sides of the brake disc, the electromagnetic piston assembly comprises a first electromagnetic piston and a second electromagnetic piston which are coaxially arranged, a coil winding is arranged in the first electromagnetic piston and the second electromagnetic piston, and electromagnetic force which is mutually attracted or repelled is generated between the first electromagnetic piston and the second electromagnetic piston after the first electromagnetic piston and the second electromagnetic piston are electrified. According to the electromagnetic mechanical braking device for the vehicle, disclosed by the invention, the brake lining is directly driven to contact or separate from the brake disc through electromagnetic force, so that the active elimination or release of a braking gap can be completed under the condition that a motor reducer assembly is not started, the noise generated by mechanical transmission components such as a traditional ball screw and a gear in high-speed operation is avoided, the mechanical noise in the braking process is obviously reduced, and the response speed and the control precision are improved.
