本发明涉及列车制动技术领域,提供了一种用于铁路货车的空重车调整装置,包括传感阀、限压阀以及用于连接传感阀和限压阀的降压风缸组件和制动缸组件,传感阀包括自上而下依次设置的上腔室、活塞筒、下腔室、顶杆以及触头组件;活塞筒位于所述上腔室和下腔室的衔接位置并向下腔室延伸,下腔室内设置有顶杆弹簧,顶杆位于所述下腔室内并套设于顶杆弹簧内;活塞筒的下部设有沿轴向延伸且沿径向贯穿的滑槽,顶杆插入活塞筒内部后通过销轴限位在滑槽内实现轴向运动,这样触头组件与横跨梁接触后,驱动顶杆和活塞筒运动,从而调节上腔室与下腔室的空气压力,进而根据横跨梁的高度调节制动缸的压力,以实现不同载重条件下制动力的适应性调整。

The invention relates to the technical field of train braking, and provides an empty and heavy truck adjusting device for a railway truck, which comprises a sensing valve, a pressure limiting valve, a pressure reducing air cylinder assembly and a brake cylinder assembly, wherein the pressure reducing air cylinder assembly and the brake cylinder assembly are used for connecting the sensing valve and the pressure limiting valve, the sensing valve comprises an upper chamber, a piston cylinder, a lower chamber, a push rod and a contact assembly which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the piston cylinder is positioned at the joint position of the upper chamber and the lower chamber and extends towards the lower chamber, a push rod spring is arranged in the lower chamber, the push rod is positioned in the lower chamber and sleeved in the push rod spring, a sliding groove which extends along the axial direction and penetrates through the lower chamber in the radial direction is arranged at the lower part of the piston cylinder, and the push rod is limited in the sliding groove through a pin shaft to realize axial movement after being inserted into the piston cylinder, so that the contact assembly contacts a crossing beam, the push rod and the piston cylinder are driven to move, and the air pressure of the upper chamber and the lower chamber is regulated, and the pressure of the brake cylinder is regulated according to the height of the crossing beam, so that the adaptive adjustment of braking force under different loading conditions is realized.
