The application discloses a balanced type forklift pedal braking balance method which comprises the following steps of S1, multi-dimensional dynamic data real-time acquisition and preprocessing, S2, intelligent matching and dynamic switching of a braking mode, S3, dynamic optimization calculation of pedal force feedback characteristics based on an intelligent algorithm, S4, real-time adjustment of response and pedal force of an actuating mechanism, S5, effect evaluation and self-adaptive iterative optimization. The application effectively improves the adaptability of the braking system to complex working conditions, and enables the pedal feedback characteristic to dynamically match the operation intention and the vehicle state. The system can automatically identify the emergency braking requirement and optimize the response speed, and reduces the physical effort of operators. Through continuous learning of operation habits and environmental characteristics, the man-machine cooperation efficiency is remarkably improved. The balance optimization of the energy recovery efficiency and the control comfort is realized while the braking safety is ensured.
