Abstract

本发明提出重载车辆多轴多源制动协同控制方法,所述重载车辆至少包括一组由机械制动和耐久制动协同制动的混合制动车轴,则同组所有混合制动车轮的协同控制方法具体如下:S1、计算车轮的期望制动力矩与机械制动最大力矩的差值并进行排序;S2、以优先由机械制动提供制动力矩为分配逻辑,进行机械制动和耐久制动的分配;S3、分配耐久制动目标总力矩到耐久制动执行器。本发明在S2中考虑了系统的响应延迟,使得制动力矩分配更加精准;在S3中通过迭代优化的方法,用较小的运算量实现耐久制动和机械制动的分配,二者共同介入可以提高制动强度、减少机械制动的磨损,通过分配算法又能防止车轮出现非预期的过大制动力矩,提高车辆的安全性。

The invention provides a multi-axis multi-source braking cooperative control method of a heavy-duty vehicle, which at least comprises a group of hybrid braking axles which are cooperatively braked by mechanical braking and durable braking, wherein the cooperative control method of all the wheels of the same group is concretely as follows, S1, the difference value between expected braking moment of the wheels and the maximum moment of the mechanical braking is calculated and ordered, S2, the braking moment provided by the mechanical braking preferentially is used as distribution logic to distribute the mechanical braking and the durable braking, and S3, the durable braking target total moment is distributed to a durable braking actuator. In S3, the distribution of durable braking and mechanical braking is realized by using a smaller operation amount by an iterative optimization method, the braking strength can be improved, the abrasion of the mechanical braking can be reduced, unexpected overlarge braking moment of wheels can be prevented by using a distribution algorithm, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
