The vehicle braking control method comprises the steps of obtaining braking parameters and vehicle speed when the vehicle brakes, wherein the braking parameters comprise braking deceleration and/or braking pressure, obtaining target damping of a shock absorber and a target braking control curve of a braking system according to the braking parameters and the vehicle speed, wherein the target damping and the target braking control curve are changed along with the change of the braking parameters and the vehicle speed, controlling the shock absorber to provide the target damping, and adjusting braking force provided by the braking system according to the target braking control curve, wherein when the braking system is configured with an active pressure release function, whether the braking system executes active pressure release or not is controlled according to the braking parameters and the vehicle speed.
