本发明提供了一种数字阀阵列刹车系统及控制方法,包括升压阀组、减压阀组和控制系统,所述升压阀组包括若干第一开关阀,若干第一开关阀分别并联在高压端与刹车控制端之间;所述减压阀组包括若干第二开关阀和第三开关阀;若干第二开关阀和第三开关阀分别并联在低压端与刹车控制端之间;所述第二开关阀的流通面积小于第三开关阀的流通面积;所述控制系统根据车轮的滑移率选择性的控制至少一个第一开关阀工作用于使刹车控制端增压,或选择性的控制至少一个第二开关阀和/或第三开关阀工作使刹车控制端泄压。本发明可以在刹车压力需要突然降低时实现快速泄压,提高飞机刹车系统的抗污染能力,提高飞机刹车系统的可靠性。

The invention provides a digital valve array braking system and a control method, wherein the digital valve array braking system comprises a boosting valve group, a pressure reducing valve group and a control system, the boosting valve group comprises a plurality of first switch valves, the plurality of first switch valves are respectively connected between a high-pressure end and a braking control end in parallel, the pressure reducing valve group comprises a plurality of second switch valves and a plurality of third switch valves, the plurality of second switch valves and the plurality of third switch valves are respectively connected between a low-pressure end and the braking control end in parallel, the flow area of the second switch valves is smaller than that of the third switch valves, the control system selectively controls at least one first switch valve to work according to the slip rate of wheels so as to boost the pressure of the braking control end, or selectively controls at least one second switch valve and/or the third switch valve to work so as to enable the braking control end to release pressure. The invention can realize rapid pressure relief when the brake pressure needs to be suddenly reduced, improves the anti-pollution capability of the aircraft brake system and improves the reliability of the aircraft brake system.
