本发明属于液压制动控制技术领域,并具体公开了一种四轮汽车液压制动系统的压强控制方法及系统。包括:获取四轮初始目标制动转矩,计算四轮对应的初始目标压强;计算四轮制动液压缸的第一理论目标压强,并获取第一损失压强和四轮损失的制动力,计算同侧的第一补偿压强;获取四轮液压缸未超出工作能力的第二理论目标压强,获取左侧两轮损失的制动力的总和与右侧两轮损失的制动力总和;以第二理论目标压强为基础,以液压缸允许工作的最大压强为约束计算四轮的制动力剩余补偿能力;对四轮进行压强的异侧补偿,获取四轮的异侧补偿压强,计算四轮液压缸的执行目标压强。本发明最大化实现整车的制动力需求,缩短了制动距离和提高了车辆的制动安全性。

The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic brake control, and particularly discloses a pressure control method and a pressure control system of a four-wheel automobile hydraulic brake system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining four-wheel initial target braking torque, calculating initial target pressure corresponding to the four wheels, calculating first theoretical target pressure of a four-wheel braking hydraulic cylinder, obtaining first loss pressure and braking force lost by the four wheels, calculating first compensation pressure on the same side, obtaining second theoretical target pressure of the four-wheel hydraulic cylinder which does not exceed working capacity, obtaining sum of braking forces lost by two wheels on the left side and sum of braking forces lost by two wheels on the right side, calculating residual braking force compensation capacity of the four wheels based on the second theoretical target pressure and taking maximum pressure allowed to work by the hydraulic cylinder as constraint, carrying out pressure different-side compensation on the four wheels, obtaining different-side compensation pressure of the four wheels, and calculating execution target pressure of the four-wheel hydraulic cylinder. The invention can maximally realize the braking force requirement of the whole vehicle, shorten the braking distance and improve the braking safety of the vehicle.
