一种冗余制动系统及冗余制动方法,包括EMB系统和制动系统,EMB系统包括EMB控制模块、轮速采集处理器、踏板行程传感器和多个制动执行器,EMB控制模块分别与制动系统、踏板行程传感器、轮速采集处理器、多个制动执行器电性连接,EMB控制模块可根据制动主缸压力与减速度的对应关系与发动机输出扭矩对应的加速度关系计算获得理论减速度、根据轮速采集处理器检测的信号计算制动过程中的多个车轮滑移率以及根据踏板行程判断车辆的制动状态,当理论减速度与实际减速度的差值大于第一阈值、不同油路上的车轮滑移率的差值大于第二阈值以及踏板行程大于第三阈值时,EMB控制模块控制制动执行器介入制动系统进行制动。其能解决车辆在制动系统故障时出现失稳的问题。

A redundant braking system and a redundant braking method comprise an EMB system and a braking system, wherein the EMB system comprises an EMB control module, a wheel speed acquisition processor, a pedal stroke sensor and a plurality of braking actuators, the EMB control module is respectively and electrically connected with the braking system, the pedal stroke sensor, the wheel speed acquisition processor and the plurality of braking actuators, the EMB control module can calculate and obtain theoretical deceleration according to the corresponding relation between the brake master cylinder pressure and the deceleration and the corresponding acceleration relation of the output torque of an engine, calculate a plurality of wheel slip rates in the braking process according to signals detected by the wheel speed acquisition processor and judge the braking state of a vehicle according to the pedal stroke, and when the difference between the theoretical deceleration and the actual deceleration is larger than a first threshold value, the difference between the wheel slip rates on different oil ways is larger than a second threshold value and the pedal stroke is larger than a third threshold value, the EMB control module controls the braking actuators to intervene in the braking system to brake. The problem that the vehicle is unstable when a braking system fails can be solved.
